Haley is an Account Manager with a focus on Customer Success at DataMetrics Technologies. In this role, she leverages her expertise in customer service to help onboard new clients, respond to customer requests, and ensure the success of her clients' businesses.
Haley brings a wealth of experience to her current role, having previously worked for both fitness and retail companies where she honed her customer service skills. She strives to bring a creative and innovative approach to everything she does.
Haley graduated from High Point University as a Student-Athlete in 2018 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications.
